Digital Strategist

We have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Strategist with an
in-depth knowledge of online marketing to assist with the strategy,
development and management of client's brands for Next Digital.
This role acts as the link between Next Digital and the client to
provide an insight, generate ideas, solve problems, and ultimately
deliver strategic advice that will achieve our client's goals.
About the role:
- Lead the strategic thinking for our clients
- Undertake strategic analysis of our clients audience, industry,
brands & competitors to develop insight and plans
- Create digital channel plans that integrate with holistic
marketing & campaigns
- Develop compelling presentations with a strong narrative
- Stay abreast of best practice in digital marketing and in turn
communicate that effectively both within Next Digital and to our
clients
- Developing thought leadership materials for internal and
external use
- Be able to work across multiple client account
simultaneously
- Develop strong relationships with clients key stakeholders
- Identifying and participating in new business proposals and
pitching
About You:
- You are both analytical and creative with the ability to
generate strategically aligned ideas
- Work well and effectively with clients, team members and other
departments
- Your dynamic, enthusiastic and passionate about all things
digital
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the
ability to sell your story
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, preferably in
marketing
- Have a breadth of experience planning and executing campaigns
in digital channels such as search, eDM, online advertising and
social media
- You have a number of years working in digital marketing space
with a proven results

Microsoft .Net Tech Lead

We are seeking a Microsoft .Net Tech Lead who will lead the
successful design and implementation of .Net C# Web based solutions
for our clients. Ideally you have worked on large scale
projects, have strong communication skills and thrive under
pressure. Core responsibilities include:
- Design and support a number of large customer websites.
- Customisation and integration of Umbaco/Sitecore systems to
suit the business requirements
- Implement quality process into the development efforts
- Team leadership responsibilities
Working in the IT industry for around 2- 4 years, with
experience gained in the digital space. The person
would also have:
- Strong knowledge of .Net C#, MSSQL
- Strong skills across Javascript, JQuery and CSS
- In-depth knowledge across MVC frameworks
- Knowledge of large CMS is highly regarded
(Sitecore/Umbraco)
- Mobile application development a plus (iPhone, ipad)
- Committed and able to see development efforts through from
start to end
- Any project management experience highly regarded
- A passion for web development!
